Amy

Amy joins our firm with six years of office management experience, three of those in Contracts and Client Assurance. Her previous experience includes Conference and Events Management for hotels on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. She is also in the top of her class at Heald College to obtain a degree in Paralegal Studies.
 

Amy resides in Roseville and is incredibly active as a result of her studies, a full-time career and being a mother of three. 

Crystal

Crystal recently moved back to the Sacramento area from San Diego, and enjoys her position as a legal assistant with our Law Firm. She has over ten years of experience in the field of client care. Her previous experience includes working in the health care field with animals and people. In her spare time, she likes to hike, swim, and play the guitar. Crystal’s main focus is helping people achieve their goals by utilizing her knowledge, skills, and experience to provide the best possible service to clients. 

Enessa

Enessa was born and raised in Sukhumi, Georgia, former USSR. At a young age, she immigrated to the United States in search of a better future. Enessa has a strong background of excellent customer service, managerial and financial skills. As a previous office manager at a large mortgage company, Enessa ensured that all aspects of the lending process went smoothly and that the customers were well taken care of.

Working with other staff members in the law firm’s bankruptcy department, Enessa’s main role is to assist the attorneys in their daily law practice. These daily tasks include anything from bridging the gap between clients, trustees, creditors, real estate professionals and court personnel. Enessa’s high attention to detail ensures that all preparations of pleadings, motions, adversary proceedings and court notification are organized and ready for the attorney.

Enessa is bilingual and fluent in Russian and English and is an active California Commissioned Notary Public. On her spare time, she loves traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.   

Kaleigh

Kaleigh has performed an array of office duties over the past few years, including data entry, receptionist, bank account management, customer service, and administrative assistant. She takes pride in learning tasks quickly and thoroughly and adapting to any situation thrown her way. Kaleigh has exceptional client service skills and strives to do anything she can to assist any client needs.

Monica

Monica’s legal career started with an internship at a Family Law Firm seven years ago. Following that experience, she was able to explore the country with a travelling debate team for one year, all the while feeding her insatiable love for history. Immediately after returning home she was invited as an independent contractor to join a team working to get a Proposition on the 2006 ballot. That experience re-defined her previous interest in law. Not long after, she settled into a career as a counselor for women in need. While attending college and pursuing her interests in helping Women in need she held various positions that helped shape her into the versatile person she is today. She is thrilled to be somewhere where she can team her varying knowledge and heart for people together for a unified purpose-helping our clients.

Rachel

Rachel grew up in the Sacramento area. She attended the University of California Santa Barbara for her college years becoming extremely active in the local community taking  multiple endeavors with different volunteer organizations. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree she returned to Sacramento and began working in bankruptcy law at a previous Sacramento area law firm as a paralegal and Office Manager where she continued to grow personally and professionally. She joined our Law Firm with high goals of success and empowerment for the clients. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends and has an ultimate goal of traveling the world!

She has a successful background in various areas of the legal process and wide-ranging experience in preparations of summons and complaints; defaults; judgments; levy’s; writs of execution; drafting motions, orders, objections, replies, responses and certificates of service; preparing bankruptcy schedules; calculation of the means test; communicating with clients, courts, trustees and creditors; electronic filing; preparing preference and ordinary course case analysis, and assisting attorneys with various other tasks involving the general practice of law.

Working in the firm’s bankruptcy department Rachel along with other staff members strives to accomplish the best possible solution in every case no matter what the issue or circumstance. Rachel is very thorough, considerate and understanding in analyzing each case with clients and attorneys in order to achieve the best possible result.

Susan

Susan is a native of California - born and raised in Sacramento. To accompany her Business Management degree, Susan has over 20 years experience managing people, processes, implementation and customer service at a variety of different businesses. Susan joined our Law Firm in the summer of 2008 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of our fabulous team. When she is not hard at work at the office, Susan enjoys spending time with her border collie, Patches and with her friends and family.
